All orders are carefully packed by me , Jules here in Wiltshire,
Once parcels are processed they will be sent out fully tracked by Royal Mail 48 hour delivery £3.75 . If on the rare occasion an item of jewellery is out of stock it may take 3 to 5 workings days, (you will be notified if this is the case) but usually all items are in stock and posted the same day or the very latest the next day if ordered after 11am. Orders over £40 are free delivery.
Bijou Rocks is not responsible for any Royal Mail delays. We send parcels out by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked so if your order is delayed after your parcel has been posted please contact Royal Mail with your tracking number.
Overseas orders are £10.00 and standard international tracked signed for
, free delivery over £85
This price does not include any customs duty, local taxes and handling charges that may occur, these will be paid by the recipient.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We realise that sometimes something doesn't work for you and you would like your money back. As long an an item is in its original condition, we accept returns. My store accepts returns within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us by email to let us know beforehand. We suggest you always check the product information before making a purchase. Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please be aware that your statutory rights will not be affected.
Please note we do not accept any pierced jewellery returns due to hygiene & safety of our customers.
